Indian Army General to Retire Early

The latest study of law, service delivery of India VK Singh puts the defense ministry altogether unpleasant situation. Date of birth shows that he has to retire on May 31, 2012, not 31st May 2013 This is because the actual birth of the VK Singh is actually May 10, 1950, not year. Gen VK Singh are 2 dates of birth of his military records, but if he had been ordered since 1970 in the Army, it was just the year 2006 the Army had asked the Singh on his birth records 2 Her rules of 1954 had stated that if there is any change in date of birth, military, this can only be entertained for 2 years to join the army. It was further set of Singh in a hard place. He said although he did immediately necessary correction of the date of his birth to his military records in 1971 right after he got his school to certification. However, the ministry also found that the list of officers in the army, which was published in 1974-1975 had noted that the date of his birth is 1950 which is contradicting to his requirements. He was also given 3 presentations based on the 1950 DOB him that led him to host senior position but suddenly he realized that he has the wrong birth date. 2 business protection services with the Indian Army had given him both in 2008 and in 2009 he will take a decision to treat the 1950 date of his birth and the actual year of his birth. Law services Indian army had also protested the severe demands of the Singh that his application was not filled up himself, but his teacher at that time. Law services India had also questioned a decision not to seek their consent and go directly to consultants legal consultant for RTI or Right to Information request for the DOB General VK Singh, who was credited only in February. They are also objecting to a decision to refer the matter to 2 of the former head of the judges. As a matter of fact, the issue of date of birth, Singh is tainting the image of the army and the Indian government itself as each day goes on.

Just in April, pressure from the media was used to protect the ministry to quickly resolve disputes about the actual age of Singh. It was also published in the newspapers report that Defense Ministry had pledged to clear the issue just within 2 days, but it's already June, 2 months, the issue is still hanging.

There are other issues that UPA government seems to be confused with as well. The reason is simply due to lack of decision-making that is deep and measures to protect the ministry are shrouded in secrecy. It is not even clear why the issue was even raised at all. It has been said that the basis for the motion was due to RTI News, which had been sent over to the defense ministry, but the content of this study is not made public. The RTI is in any case, dispose of the information to applicants who have the ability to raise the matter before the courts or public channels if they want based on access to information. Defense ministry is going to be laid down for making corrections as it is not even required. They should have just given RTI applicants information and put matters to rest. It should not have been any reason for the defense ministry had to rake up such issues when it should have been settled immediately before the appointment. This is causing damage to both operations and morale of the army. They are human beings with feelings and they are not going to deal with uncertainties that do not seem to end. The credibility of the loss of India to the international circle of defense already immeasurable. They have been the laughing stock of the level in other countries. The only good side to this is that those affected had been silent on the matter because it had not been a media circus if there are claims or counter claims in the suit. But that patience is not imminent in the case when the DOB will be changed and this is going to be a huge embarrassment to the country and its government. Defense ministry is not only a question of prime age but they are also intriguing because of a delay in presentation for approval of Lt. General of the latest round of contenders that made several posts available in many months. Even the boss is taking a position of Army officer now in the shadows and can not continue the work of the effect of this lopsided policy. His position was given to a newly commissioned officer, and he should be appointed by the Army Commander, but the situation is still busy and will sleep in months. The consequence of this old officer in the Indian army is just wasting time playing golf and there is no work for him yet. Defense ministry needs to do some work to clear these issues to prevent them from being the laughing stock of many countries even longer.
